Our track record shows that our staff will do anything
required to fulfill a promise. When problems arise,
some firms pull out the contract. We pull out the
stops to solve the problem. We are not perfect,
but we are proud that our financial success arises
because of the good will that we have built with
our clients, not in spite of it.
We are a flat organization with decision-making
and responsibility shared with every member. We are networked in many ways. Our core staff
has fifteen years of working together, and we
use the Internet and server technology to put
ourselves in the ‘same’ office, even
if we are thousands of miles apart.
We are independent in the obvious ways of not
providing services that conflict with our consultant
role. Our independence goes further. We operate
best when we can seamlessly integrate with the
client’s interests and culture. Our approach
to outsourcing is to be close enough to the client
to make it ‘in sourcing’. |
